
An experienced entrepreneur in regulated and de-regulated industries. Founder of two companies in the public marketplace: Digilab, now a unit of Bio-Rad Laboratories and Natural MicroSystems, a public telecommunications company listed on NASDAQ with a revenue rate of $160 million and a market capitalization which has surpassed $2 billion.

Mr. Graaff spent more than 25 years in the rail car, trailer, and container manufacturing industry in Germany before moving to the United States early 1998. He held over 30 patents throughout his career. Graaff GmbH grew from a USD 80 million to over USD 250 million company while he served as successively, general manager and CEO. He was vice president operations and engineering for Trailmobile Trailer LLC of Northbrook, IL, and CEO of Contrail International, Inc. a consulting firm located in Chicago

Mr. DiLuigi has more than 20 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, and operations management, from Pullman Standard to Trinity Industries.
Mr. Renzella has more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations. He was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Azure Dynamics Corporation, a publicly traded company located in Oak Park, Michigan. Azure is a world leader in the development and production of hybrid electric and electric components and powertrain systems for commercial vehicles. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations at Solectria Corporation, a privately held company in Woburn, Massachusetts. Solectria was a leader in the development and production of alternative energy components, systems and vehicles for various commercial markets. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Bentley College and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.

Mr. Whiten has broad expertise in general management consulting and auditing functions for both large and small corporations, public and private. His early career focused on various revenue and financial analyst positions for a Foture 500 company. His last position prior to joining RailRunner was as an independent auditor for Waste Management, Inc.
Additionally, he has maintained a residential real estate career in both sales and consulting positions since 2000. He currently holds an active real estate license in the state of GA.

Mr. Erasmus began his career in his native South Africa and joined Kar-Tainer International (Pty) Ltd., of Johannesburg in 1997. Kar-Tainer provides manufacturing, marketing and design services to the Axis Group, its corporate parent, and to Axis subsidiary Kar-Tainer International, Inc., the leader in shipping vehicles in standard ISO shipping containers. At Kar-Tainer he was responsible for the company’s business development in South Africa and South Asia. He moved to the Axis Group at corporate headquarters in Decatur, GA, in 2000, where he served as senior director of operations and product development for the Kar-Tainer unit. From 2004 to 2006 he served in a design engineer role at Cottrell Trailers, Gainesville, GA, the largest manufacturer of car-hauler trailers in the United States.

Mr. Graveland has 10 years mechanical engineering experience. Prior to joining RailRunner Mr. Graveland was Project and Lead Engineer, for Huisman, a Dutch company specializing in large offshore equipment. He was responsible for leading the design team for products such as large offshore cranes and pipe-laying systems.
Mr. Sibert’s 20 years experience in the transportation industry ranges from serving as a Terminal Manager in Atlanta, GA, a manufacturing supervisor of military containers to his current position as Manager of Field Services and the primary logistics point of contact for RailReach Network Services. Mr. Sibert has been with RailRunner since it’s inception and supervised production of the first bogie prototype receiving AAR certification.
