Harry Wicks

Mr. Wicks is the inventor of the RailRunner's bi-modal system and technology. He has led a long and distinguished career as an inventor, engineering professional and manager in some of America's most pre-eminent manufacturing companies, including Ford Motor Company, Hickman Industries, Curtiss-Wright Corporation and Thrall Car Co. He holds 16 patents and currently manages his own design firm, Harwick Design Associates, El Paso, TX.

Willard L. Umphrey, CFA, J.D.

Mr. Umphrey is Chairman of U.S. Boston Capital Corporation, which has acted as a private placement agent for RailRunner, and Chairman and co-founder of the Quantitative Group of Funds. Mr. Umphrey has over 30 years of experience in the finance and investment management business. Mr. Umphrey received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and an LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Kathryn Matthews Collings, CFA, J.D.

Ms. Collings, a principal at U.S. Boston Capital, has been with the firm since 1997. Prior to joining the U.S. Boston, Ms. Collings was the Executive Director of a Boston area non-profit. She has also practiced law with Foley, Hoag & Eliot in Boston and worked as an analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Company in New York. Ms. Collings received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. She is a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
