RailRunner is looking for entrepreneurs who see the advantages provided by RailRunner's equipment and services and are interest in becoming a RailRunner Service Operator. Such entrepreneurs will offer:

• Knowledge of the local business and financial community
• Experience operating a small business of 10 to 20 employees or larger
• Experience in the transportation service industry, particularly intermodal
• Financial capability to raise working capital, and to secure asset-based financing for required rolling stock
• Ability to organize shippers or community terminals and gain traffic commitments from them
• Standing in the community
• A sense of urgency and enthusiasm
