RailReach™ is a complete container transport and logistic service, operated by RailRunner and using the company's technology and equipment, on the Jacksonville - Ft. Wayne rail line. Cargo can be picked up at the shipper's location or delivered to a RailReach terminal in Jacksonville or Ft. Wayne. The company monitors all containers in transit, with shipment status available to customers electronically. The service was launched in August, 2004.
